MovingImagesNW's Mission Statement:

To provide a service through video, creating personal DVDs as memory keepsakes for individuals, organizations, and families.

Our goal is to produce a broadcast quality DVD for each of our clients from the available footage shot live during an event.

$5 Deposit Option:

$5 gets the cameras rolling; for that small, non-refundable fee, we will videotape a competitor during the entire competition.

This allows the option of deciding after the competition if you wish to buy any of the final product based on how the competitors feels about their performance.  We cannot provide the option to preview clips prior to the purchase as most of the clips are captured on several different tapes and from several different cameras.

Quality Control and Retention Policy:

Footage will be kept for 6 weeks past the date of the event before it is deleted off of our hard drives and tapes.  All questions, requests, and corrections must be brought to our attention prior to that date in order for us to make changes.  We are happy to fix any errors within our capability and replace your DVD(s) free of charge.

Masters of the final product are kept on file, and can be duplicated at any time upon request.

Making or Posting Copies:

For individual personal DVDs, you are welcome to make copies and/or post them publicly.

We ask that you give us recognition (i.e. courtesy of MovingImagesNW) when posting them publicly (i.e. on YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

We also can provide extra copies for an additional fee.

Payment and Refund Policy:

All payments are to be made in US funds. There is a $15 service charge on all NSF checks which are not honored by the bank.

Videotaping horse events live with multiple disciplines involve numerous logistics that unfortunately we cannot always control.  Technical difficulties, mechanical problems, human error, spectators. the proximity of competitors to each other, and unfavorable natural elements or shooting environment can all have an effect on the final product.  We do our best to create a quality personal memory DVD with the available video footage shot during the competition while keeping our prices cost-effective to all.

We are very proud of our 97% capture rate, and will do everything possible to capture each individual clip for every one of our clients.  In the rare occasion that a clip is missed, it is our policy to issue a partial refund and/or discount on future orders based on the value of that particular clip in relation to the value of the DVD for that specific event.

If you do not want your picture or video published by MovingImagesNW, you must contact us personally.  Otherwise, by your presence on these grounds, you have given your consent for video and/or photographs of your activities to be used by MovingImagesNW and its affiliates for promotional, educational, and entertainment purposes.
