      2012 HIGHLIGHTS:

  • All orders can be placed individually, even for Team DVDs.  No need to arrange with a team prior to placing your order!
  • Order a Season Pass up to 18% off when ordering for all three meets (previously called "Package Deal"). Athletes will be automatically taped for State and a DVD can be ordered at 20% off.
  • State Orders can be placed at any district meet and will be 10% off when ordered in advance
  • Receive a 30% discount when ordering a School Season Pass with ALL athletes from a given school
OPTION ONE - Single Athlete DVD
You would like one athlete on a DVD.  Your options are:
  • A single athlete DVD for ONE MEET ($80)
  • A single athlete DVD for ALL MEETS aka "Season Pass" ($200 - 17% savings)

OPTION TWO - Teammate DVD
You would like two teammates on a DVD.  Your options are:
  • A teammate DVD for ONE MEET ($60/person)
  • A teammate DVD for ALL MEETS aka "Season Pass" ($150/person - 17% savings)
OPTION THREE - Team Unity DVD 
You do not care how many athletes are on the same disc*.  Your options are:
  • A team unity DVD for ONE MEET ($45/person)
  • A team unity DVD for ALL MEETS aka "Season Pass" ($110/person - 18% savings)

OPTION FOUR - Personalized WAHSET DVD 
You just want certain classes on a DVD.  
  • Create a personalized DVD "a la carte"  ($36 for the first class and $12 for each additional class)
  • Any combination of athletes and horses and classes

*There is NO NEED to arrange with other members of the team for this option



ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
School Season Pass:  All team members from a given school order a DVD for all meets (30% off).  ($95/person)

Compilation DVD:  Create a DVD at the end of the year consisting of the footage shot of the District Meets and State Meet (if applicable) of one Athlete.  Add $30 to any of the above options.

Pre-order State DVDs and get 10% off!  Pay a non-refundable $5 deposit in advance online or at any district meet to secure this deal.

We will videotape for a non-refundable $5 fee per athlete, per meet and the decision to complete your order can be made at any time during the Meet.

We are very proud of our 97% capture rate, and will do everything possible to capture each individual clip for every one of our clients.  In the rare occasion that a clip is missed, it is our policy to issue a partial refund and/or discount on future orders based on the value of that particular clip in relation to the value of the DVD for that specific event.

We will be videotaping and taking still photographs during this event. If you do not want your picture or video published by MovingImagesNW, you MUST contact us personally.  Otherwise, by your presence on these grounds, you have given your consent for video and/or photographs of your activities to be used by MovingImagesNW and its affiliates for promotional, educational, and entertainment purposes.
