Polishing Rider Position

A wealth of exercises explained and demonstrated that will increase rider’s strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination of the aids. Some exercises are geared toward improving common rider faults, while others simply build strength, balance and awareness of body position. Every instructor and rider can benefit from having a multitude of simple, fun exercises to add to their programs and/or riding warmups and cool downs.

Becky Huddleston is a life-long equestrian riding/showing Tennessee Walkers, barrel racing Quarter Horses & Appaloosas, and breeding/training QHs. She is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University, an Intercollegiate Horse Show Association past competitor and present coach, IHSA board member, and a judge for schooling and 4H shows. Becky is the owner/trainer/coach for Tightfit Stables in Baxter, Tennessee, with the main focus of her lesson program being proper horsemanship and equitation.
