Riding Exercises for Multi-Level Groups

Throughout the session, Susan takes a group of riders from various riding levels and demonstrates numerous exercises that can be adapted to fit those riders where they are at and progress them in their riding skills. By watching this session, expect to gain new ideas of things to try as a rider to improve riding skill. As an instructor, expect to gain new nuggets of information and practical application to enhance riding lessons and progress rider skill.

Susan Berger has been teaching riders and training horses most of her adult life. She is a CHA Master Instructor, CHA Site Visitor, and CHA English Western Instructor Certifier. Susan serves on the CHA Board of Directors, and was awarded CHA Instructor of the year in 2023. Her organization, Horse Connections, offers lessons, workshops, clinics, and local showing that teaches and trains recreational and competitive riders in various disciplines on multiple breeds. Susan has the passion to provide clear, understandable instruction to allow students and instructors to take their horses and their riders to the next level.
