Preventing Lesson Horse Burnout

with Lisa Lombardi

Successful lesson programs rely heavily on a “happy” herd. This powerpoint presentation stimulates Riding Instructors, Program Directors, Barn Managers, and Trainers to think about how to increase the longevity of our lesson horses to do their job. Although they do not talk with words, they do in other ways, and keeping the equine partnership positive makes for a pleasant, active relationship for years to come.
