Riding Lesson From the Horse’s Perspective

with Lisa Wysocky

Lisa brings the audience through a typical riding lesson that incorporates both western trail obstacles and English equipment such as small jumps and cavaletti poles. She explains each step of the lesson from the horse’s point of view. From the instructor’s body posture and facial expression; to the color, size, and placement of your arena equipment; to the rider’s movements, this eye-opening session is a must see for every instructor.

Running time: 62 minutes
Part of the Classic Effective Horsemanship Series.

Lisa Wysocky balances her life between her two great passions, books and horses. She is an International PATH Instructor, an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, an author, clinician, entertainment publicist and motivational speaker. She is CEO of Colby's Army, a nonprofit therapeutic riding and life learning center. Lisa believes life skills learned from the horse herd gives each of us a path to create our own personal success.
