Strength and Balance Exercises

A valuable exercise regime is an integral part of every riding lesson. This interactive session with riders, instructor, and audience explores a variety of exercises that can be incorporated into lessons for all levels, all disciplines, at all gaits. Discussion includes how certain exercises work certain muscles and improve the balance and strength of all riders with a lot of good ideas to absorb into lesson programs.

Jennifer Eaton is driven to aid in the development of youth equestrian opportunities. She serves on the CHA Board, is a Massachesets Licensed Instructor, has a Bachelor's Degree in Developmental Psychology and is active in the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) as a coach, regional representative, show steward, and as Membership Marketing Coordinator. Jennifer is committed to growth, resource development, and membership enrollment, and management of competitions with the organizations with which she is involved.
